Stay healthy during cold season!

Cold and flu season is here! Working closely with so many people, it can be a challenge to avoid getting sick this time of year. Below are a few tips to help you stay healthy this winter. Keeping healthy is so important because, if we are not behind the chair, we are not making money!

Wash your hands...often! Doing shampoos makes this one pretty easy, but remember to wash your hands throughout the day as well.

Clean your station at the beginning and end of your shift. Wipe down the chair and tools you used that day.

Don't touch your face. This helps with skincare too of course!

Eat healthy. Feed your body the vitamins it needs for a healthy immune system.

Get plenty of sleep. Sleep deprivation can weaken the immune system.

Relax. Do more of what helps you stress-less.
