Goal Setter to Goal Getter!

What are your DREAMS?  What do you think it would be SUPER COOL if…

Take a few minutes to think about it;
Who you really are.  What is important to you.  What makes you happy.  What do you you want? How is your physical health, mental health, career or purpose, spirituality, finances, family life, love life, social life?

Now grab a pen and paper and start writing, write whatever comes to your mind.  The fabulous and not so fabulous things you want, want to do or maybe want to stop.  Be honest with yourself.  This is for your eyes only and a great place to see what you really want out of life.

Now lets set some GOALS!!!!!  Make sure they are:

S.M.A.R.T.

Specific =>

Details, Details, Details!  What do you really want?  For example, to say that you want to loose weight is too vague.  Instead, try “I will exercise 5 times per week.”  Another thing I hear a lot is that I want to make more money or be busier at work, again too vague.  Try, “I will hand out my card everywhere I go for the next 30 days & offer every guest a conditioning treatment”. ( you know they all need one)
Be specific.  The more detailed you are the easier it is to work the plan :-)

Measurable =>

Make your goals gaugeable!  How much weight is realistic to loose over the next
30 days?  How many new guests do you hope to see over the next 30 days?  How many conditioning treatments will you add on over the next 30 days?

Attainable =>

You need to challenge yourself, but not so much it is overwhelming or unattainable.

Realistic =>

What are you willing to do!  What has worked for you in the past?  Believe in yourself and set your sites on what you believe you can do!

Timely =>

 “Save the Date”!  Plan your attack and set the date.  Don’t give yourself too much time, it can lead to boredom or be overwhelming.  Break your goals down to yearly, over the next 90 days, monthly and weekly.  It is easier and less overwhelming to commit to working out 5x for one week than for a year.  Sometimes baby steps are the best way to form a new habit!
