If you do not educate your guests on the products and services they need to recreate their style at home - You not only are not doing your job, you are missing opportunities.
Remember, Your guests are paying you for your time, service and professional advice. Although, we have the best career ever- we are still professionals and biz peeps that need to be profitable.

- Add on Services. What is it your guest needs? A conditioning treatment? Brow-arch? Color?
- Recommend Product. Educate your guest on what they need to take home to maintain there style. 88% of guests expect a product recommendation. This actually helps create a connection with the stylist.
- Raise your prices. Once you have mastered all your Benchmarks, which include in our salon include, Retention, Productivity and Average Client Ticket..it is time to raise your prices!
